A major share of Christopher Nolan's TENET was shot on location in Tallinn, with Estonian crews, vendors and closed-off city infrastructure carrying weeks of large-scale action photography.

It proved what the region can absorb: international scale, tight schedules, and a crew base that delivers. From 2028, the same city adds 2,630 m² of purpose-built stage space to the package.
