Stages that scale with the build.
The two larger stages connect through large access doors for expanded configurations. Every stage has drive-in capability.
Stage 1
The largest stage on the lot, sized for full standing sets and large-scale builds. Opens into Stage 2 through large access doors when a production needs one continuous volume.
Stage 2
A second full-height stage that works on its own or as an extension of Stage 1 — useful for parallel units, second sets, or a build that outgrows one volume.
Stage 3
The compact stage — right for commercials, inserts, interviews, virtual production tests and second-unit days without booking a large volume.
≈2,600 m² across five floors.
Everything off-stage in one building — from pre-production through dailies, with a basement level and a rooftop sauna.
Prep rooms and meeting space for departments moving in before the build starts.
Production office facilities for the duration of the shoot, steps from the stage doors.
Review dailies and cuts on site, without leaving the campus.
Shared spaces for the crew — and an Estonian sauna on the roof to close the day.
≈3,500 m² for build, dressing and storage.
Planned as a subsequent development phase — construction, scenic finishing and standing-set storage adjacent to the stages.
Phase 2Yard, internal roads, unit parking.
Dedicated outdoor space with internal roads and parking facilities. Backlot solutions are available on request: the studio does not own a permanent backlot yet, but suitable outdoor build space can be secured and coordinated to production requirements.
